The 2012 Louisiana Energy Conference will be held on June 27-28 at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans and will again feature a series of more than 15 panels that will address key U.S. and international industry developments and issues.
Executives from a variety of leading public and private exploration and production and oil field services companies as well as representatives from energy-related industry trade groups, regulatory agencies, investment banks, institutional research groups, insurance and law firms will participate in the panel discussions. Over 30 exploration and production companies and oil field service firms are expected to take part in the Conference.
Confirmed attendees will be offered the opportunity to register for one-on-one meetings with company executives participating on the various panels.
More than 200 attendees participated in the two-day event in 2011, including a wide range of portfolio managers and buy side analysts; energy industry management and consultants; industry trade association executives; and analysts and bankers from 14 different sell side firms. All investment professionals attending the Conference had the opportunity to sign up for available one-on-one meetings with management from the 33 companies serving on 16 different panels. Once again we will host our traditional networking dinner and museum tour on Wednesday, June 27th at the National World War II Museum which will feature food prepared by renowned New Orleans Chef, John Besh.
Attendance and Registration
Attendance at the Conference is directed to investment professionals including buy side and sell side analysts and portfolio managers, as well as private equity and wealth management executives and trust officers. There is no cost for investment professionals to attend the Conference. Registration will open in late February 2012.
